In this show, adult English language students in their second week of GO4 talk about their last holidays. (GO4 is a pre-intermediate level general English course.)

Lucia and Vicki, best friends from Argentina, chose the topic, prepared interview questions, introduced the show, interviewed their classmates, and chose the linking jingle from Garageband.

A big thank you to Lucia and Vicki for a great job hosting the show! And farewell and good luck back in Argentina (they were only in the UK for 3 weeks).

Who did you go with?
What was the weather like?
Where did you stay?
Did you like the food?
Did you have any problems?

If you are listening in class, you could ask a partner the interview questions, then choose one or two of the speakers and note their answers.

The show was recorded in class, on group teacher, Geoff's, Apple MacBook Pro computer with the program Garageband. The Garageband jingle used is "Campfire". After editing in Garageband, the audio volume was leveled using the program Levelator (www.gigavox.com/levelator), and converted to MP3 using LameBrain (check at www.macupdate.com). The photo was edited in Adobe Fireworks.
