In this show, adult English language students in their second week of GO4 introduce themselves. GO4 a pre-intermediate level general English course.

Fahad and Hani, both from Saudi Arabia, for this first podcast, bravely presented the show and did a very good job.

Preparation for this introductory show was minimal. The group teacher, Geoff, gave each student a copy of a list of personal topics. Each student chose a few items for their interview. The students took turns interviewing each other, responding without a script - spontaneously.

The show was recorded in class, on group teacher, Geoff's, Apple MacBook Pro computer with the program Garageband. After editing in Garageband, the audio volume was leveled using the program Levelator (www.gigavox.com/levelator), and converted to MP3 using LameBrain (check at www.macupdate.com). The photo was edited in Adobe Fireworks.
